I was offered a quick appointment after seeing my GP andd the service here is very good.

I am in a wheelchair with no blue badge so I had to persuade the parking attendant that as I only have one leg I should be able to park on site. It’s all a bit demeaning to have to ask to park in a hospital.

My care has bin overseen/treated by HANNAH @ STAINES CSH. hannah is nothing less than exceptional in her method of attacking @ quite severe ulcer ( which i thought wasn't going to heal ) BUT! hannah assured me she would turn-it-@-round, which remarkably she has dun! I honestly couldn't praise her enough especially for her patience/dedication @ experience, I truly thankful for Hannahs thoughtfulness @ kindness @ knowledge. x Trevor Fry.

Excellent x ray service.

Ridiculous parking. No space in the multi storey( why are we being told to park there when it’s a commuter car park that is full by 9am ?? ) so I parked in Asda and walked. This is too far for patients in pain. Please do something to solve this as the the building work on the car park is clearly behind schedule.
